Had the BEST time here for my mother-in-law's birthday. Our server Natalie was phenomenal and super attentive. I've been in the hospitality industry for the majority of my life and let me tell you, they're doing things right over here. Didn't miss a beat. The food was very tasty, seasoned perfectly. We ordered the Churrasco, Salmon, Pollo Milanese, and Chaufa Marisco. But most importantly the ambiance was on point. Very tropical and the music was on point all night with salsa. Drinks were nice and strong, order the Mojito and Sangrita! Blend Classics. Natalie killed it, ask for her next time you're here and you'll be taken care of!
Food was DELICIOUS Each bite was very flavorful and the portions were more than enough! Service was TOP NOTCH all the servers and the host were incredible and almost very accommodating!! But sadly the ambiance was not as expected because of how hot and humid the place was ! An we didn't expect that because the cocktail area was fresh and classy, we spent an hour talking and waiting for our party there.. but is the opposite as the dining area, of course looks fancy and gorgeous on pictures but the HEAT was unbearable... the fans were not enough and it appeared as they didn't have a working AC. Besides that, is a very recommended restaurant to hang out with friends, coworkers and family, maybe try it during winter!
Blend is a beautiful space located across from Domino Park in Williamsburg. The staff are friendly and attentive. If you're simply craving Latin-inspired delights or want to have a night out with beverages, you'll love this spot. I tried their Lomo Blend, Peruvian Chicken, and Bandeja Blend. Super delish and hit the spot!

Blend has two locations, with another one in Long Island City, but we chose Williamsburg for its hip and happening atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was energetic and welcoming. The drinks were top-notch, crafted with care and creativity, making each drink a delight. The food presentation was excellent. As vegetarians, we often find it challenging to find places that cater well to our dietary needs, but Blend exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had delicious and satisfying options, making us feel truly valued as customers. Overall, Blend in Williamsburg is highly recommended for anyone looking for a great night out with exceptional drinks, delicious food, and a vibrant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
